Soft Pvt Ltd is a technology-based platform in the logistics industry.

  • Currently we are operating in the UK, and are going to launch our project in Pakistan.
  • We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager who will plan and manage all our sales & marketing operations.
  • Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities include developing plans to meet our targets along with establishing our brand, and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
  • If you’re a skilled Sales & Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, have abilities to manage direct sales & marketing team then we would like to meet you.
  • Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Draft policies and procedures for sales & marketing department.
  • Plan for Sales & marketing team to visit businesses that are in regular need of transportation.
  • Develop strategies for marketing teams to achieve daily targets.
  • Ability to train marketing & sales team.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Craft quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years work experience as Regional Marketing Manager preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Experience of running successful direct sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Analytical mind, self-motivated and highly responsible behaviour.
