Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and ML solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Architect and implement scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, including deep learning models, for various applications.
- Apply NLP techniques for text analysis, sentiment analysis, language translation, and information retrieval.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML research and technologies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, and iterate on AI solutions accordingly.
- Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of AI systems in production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Django for web development.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.
- Expertise in natural language processing and text analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI deployment tools and technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to developing AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
