Responsibilities include:
- Have experience of preparing documentation for user requirements, analysing business processes and converting into business blueprints.
- Coordinating with clients for finalizing requirements.
- Produce quality documentation in optimum time frame.
- Can prepare FS against SRS for development team.
- Maintain records and files of work and manage document revisions (versioning).
- Get feedback from users & management.
- Release the document following final approval.
- The person would be reporting directly to project manager.
- 3 year experience with minimum 2 successful Business Analyst is required.
Skills Required:
- Proven technical writing skills. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (domain experts, project manager(s)).
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- must have a knowledge of and hands on experience with Software Project and Process Documents as per IEEE standards.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Visio and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using internet and conducting internet based research.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good telephone & emailing manners.
