Sales & Lead Generation Executive

Softech Solutions UK is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating high-quality sales leads and developing strong prospects through effective lead generation techniques and comprehensive market research. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage leads through every stage of the sales funnel, ensuring continuous engagement and timely follow-ups. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at building relationships that convert prospects into long-term customers. Although this role does not involve team management responsibilities, it is critical for the candidate to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients in alignment with company goals. Utilize various sales prospecting techniques including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine lead generation efforts. Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to accurately document interactions, track lead progress, and maintain organized sales records. Qualify and score leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize follow-up and maximize conversion rates. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and continually optimize the sales funnel process. Generate performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities and recommend improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging tools to enhance lead generation outcomes. Foster strong relationships with prospective clients through persistent engagement and personalized communication to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
