Software Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our expanding software development team and contribute to key .NET-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The Software Architect will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, helping to resolve complex technical challenges and ensuring high-quality architectural solutions. This role involves reviewing project estimations, making strategic technology decisions, and designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements. The architect will also mentor engineers, drive the technical direction of projects, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Leading solutions through the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design to deployment and production—is a critical aspect of this position. Additionally, the role requires staying current with advancements in AI, cloud technologies, and software architecture trends to continuously improve our solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable, reliable .NET solutions.
- Strong expertise in AI technologies and Python, with the ability to design and integrate AI-driven components into modern software architectures.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture, including designing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices, containerization, security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills, capable of guiding engineering teams and making informed architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and evaluate trade-offs.
- Experience establishing architecture and development standards, conducting technical and architectural reviews.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
