Software Development Executive

We are seeking a Software Development Executive to join our team in Lahore (Raiwind) on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining VB.NET applications, with a strong focus on Crystal Reports for data visualization. This role involves designing and implementing MVC-based web applications, managing SQL databases, and ensuring the overall performance, quality, and security of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain VB.NET applications utilizing Crystal Reports for generating detailed data visualizations.
- Design, develop, and implement web applications based on the MVC framework.
- Manage SQL databases, including tasks related to database design, development, and ongoing maintenance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to enhance database performance.
- Perform data analysis and generate complex reports using Crystal Reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and security standards of both applications and databases are consistently met.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Master’s degree in Computer Science (MSCS).
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in software development, with a specialization in .NET technologies within an organizational setting.

Compensation and Work Environment
- The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs100,000.
- Work location is on-site in Lahore (Raiwind), requiring in-person attendance.
