Software Engineer — Full Stack

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence in the office on Wednesdays and remote work for the remainder of the week. The position operates during US business hours, which corresponds to a night shift schedule in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, be adaptable to new technologies, and possess the ability to work across multiple frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using a variety of technologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues independently.
- Understand and work effectively with existing codebases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and web services to extend application functionality.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage codebase and collaborate efficiently.
- Ensure production applications are stable, scalable, and performant.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in MySQL and relational database management.
- Experience working with front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or Next.js.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems independently.
- Solid knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
