Software Engineer | Agile District

We are currently looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with over two years of experience to join our team in Lahore. This role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party services.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems for efficient code management.
- Solid understanding of database design and data management, particularly with MongoDB.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with AI-native development is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux.
