Software Engineer - AI Technologies

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that leverage AI and machine learning technologies. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to turn cutting-edge AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered features and integrate them seamlessly into web, mobile, or backend applications.
- Design and implement robust, production-grade software solutions incorporating AI and machine learning models.
- Work alongside data scientists to transition prototypes into scalable, maintainable applications.
- Implement and optimize both pre-trained and custom AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or Hugging Face.
- Build and maintain APIs and services to support AI-driven functionalities.
- Optimize model performance and deployment pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and integrate third-party AI services as required.
- Ensure high software quality through thorough code reviews, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in an AI-focused software engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI techniques.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and manage data pipelines effectively.
- Demonstrated experience developing AI-powered applications or projects.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, backend integration, and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in .NET and Python; familiarity with JavaScript, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or OpenCV.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, including ML deployment tools.
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug AI-related issues in both code and data.
