Iyrix Tech is looking for a Software Engineer who is skilled at using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to rapidly develop, ship, and improve software products without compromising quality. This role suits someone who treats AI as a powerful enabler rather than a crutch, capable of turning ideas into efficient, high-quality software solutions. The position is based onsite in Lahore Johar Town, near Emporium, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM. The offered salary ranges from PKR 80,000 to 160,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy features across the full technology stack, including both frontend and backend components. Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Cursor to speed up development while ensuring code quality remains high. Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features based on product requirements and user feedback. Debug, refactor, and optimize existing code to enhance performance and maintainability. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to transform ideas into delivered features quickly. Take full ownership of features from planning through deployment and monitoring. Fine-tune, train, or adapt large language models (LLMs) for internal or product-specific applications. Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools and workflows to boost team productivity and velocity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor. Proficiency in at least one modern technology stack like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or React. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software rapidly without sacrificing standards. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and version control systems such as Git. At least one year of experience working with AI or large language models (LLMs). Willingness and ability to work onsite during the specified hours (6 PM to 3 AM).
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working directly with LLMs and AI APIs from providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Familiarity with training or fine-tuning LLM models using techniques like LoRA, fine-tuning pipelines, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
