Software Engineer -Frontend

We are seeking a skilled frontend developer to create fast, responsive, and accessible web applications using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces, build and maintain reusable components and design systems, and integrate APIs to deliver seamless user experiences. You will also focus on optimizing application performance, developing AI-powered UI features, and ensuring high-quality code through comprehensive testing and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers to convert Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems utilizing Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs while managing application state with tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query/TanStack Query.
- Optimize application performance by implementing Core Web Vitals improvements, code splitting, server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and caching strategies.
- Create AI-powered UI experiences including chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot in daily tasks.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and present your work during team and client demos.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on production experience with React and working knowledge of Next.js (App Router).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS methodologies, emphasizing responsive and mobile-first design.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming APIs and managing authentication flows such as OAuth and JWT.
- Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong testing practices with attention to detail in both UI and UX quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present work, explain technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend teams.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and initiative in feature development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
