Software Engineer -Frontend

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building fast, responsive, and accessible web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers and backend teams to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces, leveraging modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript. This role involves creating reusable components, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and developing AI-powered UI experiences. You will also participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and demos, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop fast, responsive, and accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with designers to convert Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems utilizing Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs while managing application state with tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query/TanStack Query.
- Optimize application performance through Core Web Vitals, code splitting, server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and caching strategies.
- Create AI-powered UI features including chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation sessions, and present work during team and client demos.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on production experience with React and working knowledge of Next.js, particularly the App Router.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS methodologies, with a focus on responsive, mobile-first design.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming APIs and managing authentication flows such as OAuth and JWT.
- Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development methodologies.
- Good testing practices and attention to detail to ensure high UI and UX quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present work, explain technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take initiative on new features.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
