We are seeking a technically proficient Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, hands-on experience with React, and practical knowledge of AWS to contribute to a US-based enterprise facility management platform. This platform supports complex business operations such as work order management, vendor coordination, invoicing, document processing, client portals, and third-party system integrations. The project is currently undergoing modernization, shifting towards AWS cloud-native services, serverless architecture, microservices, and modular frontend applications. This role is primarily backend-focused (approximately 70% backend, 30% frontend) and requires an independent developer capable of building critical APIs, managing complex integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering scalable, reliable solutions. We value developers who grasp system-wide functionality beyond coding, can investigate unfamiliar technical challenges, and take full ownership of features from development through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development & Enterprise Integrations:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core. Develop business workflows related to work orders, vendor management, invoicing, document processing, and operational data. Build and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal systems, external vendors, and third-party platforms. Manage complex integration scenarios involving authentication, data mapping, validation, error handling, and asynchronous processing. Implement reliable processing mechanisms using message queues, background jobs, retries, timeouts, and failure recovery. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Frontend Development – React:
Develop and maintain React-based applications for internal users, clients, and vendors. Build reusable components, forms, dashboards, and responsive interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, managing application state, authentication, and data flows. Troubleshoot frontend issues and collaborate on modular frontend development, including micro-frontend patterns where applicable.
AWS & Cloud-Native Development:
Develop, deploy, and maintain application components within AWS environments. Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM. Contribute to serverless and event-driven workflows. Collaborate with DevOps engineers on deployments, environment configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. Investigate application-level cloud issues using logs, metrics, and service configurations.
Database, Performance & Production Support:
Develop and optimize database operations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases. Handle complex SQL queries, transactions, indexing, and Entity Framework query optimization. Identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, databases, and external services. Troubleshoot production incidents involving failed integrations, inconsistent data, application errors, and service communication. Apply security best practices including JWT authentication, OAuth, role-based authorization, and secure handling of sensitive data.
Engineering Ownership & Collaboration:
Take ownership of assigned features from requirements through implementation, testing, and production support. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, debugging sessions, and solution design. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product teams, and US-based client stakeholders. Communicate technical challenges, blockers, and solutions clearly. Use AI-assisted development tools productively while independently validating code quality, security, and functionality.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of professional software development experience, primarily with .NET Core and modern web applications. Strong hands-on skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and asynchronous programming. Practical experience with React, including hooks, component development, state management, and backend API integration. Hands-on AWS experience with application development, deployments, integrations, or production support, especially with Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, or CloudWatch. Proven ability to develop and integrate internal and third-party APIs involving authentication, data transformations, and error handling. Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, dependency injection, design patterns, and clean coding practices. Strong SQL and relational database skills, including query optimization and troubleshooting. Familiarity with microservices, asynchronous processing, event-driven communication, and integration reliability. Working knowledge of JWT, OAuth, authorization mechanisms, and application security. Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and production debugging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues independently. Good English communication skills for collaborating with international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Experience
Experience modernizing enterprise or legacy applications into cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience building AWS Lambda functions, SQS-based workflows, or serverless API integrations. Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, webhooks, idempotency, and dead-letter queues. Knowledge of micro-frontends, Redis, MongoDB, or Kubernetes. Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications or external vendor systems. Domain exposure to facility management, field services, ERP, workflow automation, invoicing, or document management. Experience supporting US-based clients or production enterprise applications.
What We Value
We seek candidates who understand problems deeply before coding solutions, can independently troubleshoot across APIs, databases, AWS services, and integrations, and demonstrate genuine ownership of delivered features and their production reliability. Candidates should understand technical trade-offs and explain their choices clearly, adapt quickly to new systems and workflows, and use AI coding assistants effectively without over-reliance.
