Software Engineer

Based in Islamabad at ITG, this role is designed for a Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience who will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing, developing, and supporting enhancements for both existing and new projects. The position requires close collaboration with various departments and includes supervising team members as well as providing Level 3 support for developed systems. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide team members on their assigned projects, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks (20%).
- Conduct requirement analysis, system analysis, and design in consultation with the Team Lead while coordinating efforts with other departments to align project goals (30%).
- Design and develop applications according to specified requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and technologies (30%).
- Provide Level 2 support for developed systems, addressing user issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise (10%).

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficient in Angular, .NET, MVC frameworks, and web application development.
