We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our innovative team. This role focuses on developing solutions related to 3D simulation, artificial intelligence, and visualization workflows. The ideal candidate will contribute to building automation tools, integrating APIs, and scripting to improve and streamline complex pipelines. Collaboration with 3D artists, developers, and engineers is a key aspect of this position, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts and modules to automate various workflows.
- Work closely with 3D artists, developers, and engineers to optimize workflows and enhance pipeline efficiency.
- Use Python for data processing, analysis, and integration with AI/ML frameworks as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest NVIDIA Omniverse SDK developments and related plugins/extensions, implementing new features to improve functionality.
- Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all tools and workflows to support usability and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong programming skills in Python with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow is highly desirable.
- Experience working with JSON/XML and REST APIs for effective data handling.
- Understanding of 3D file formats like USD, FBX, and OBJ.
- Exposure to scripting languages used in 3D pipelines, such as MEL for Maya or Blueprint for Unreal Engine.
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.
- Relevant certifications in Python development, AI/ML, or 3D tools (e.g., TensorFlow Developer certification) are a plus.
This is a full-time role with on-site opportunities available in Karachi and Islamabad. Candidates based in other cities may be considered for remote work.
