Software Engineer_Salesforce

CitiusTech, a global leader in healthcare IT services and solutions, is looking for a talented Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce to join their Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, including customization and integration, with strong skills in Apex and Lightning development. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications that meet specific business requirements.
- Create custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Engage actively in requirement analysis and technical design discussions to ensure project alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proficient in Apex Classes and Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Automation.
- Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, Salesforce Connect, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and version control tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with development environments like VS Code and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Hands-on experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Additional technical certifications across various technologies are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud and MuleSoft integration is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations is preferred.
