Software Engineering, AI & Machine Learning Interns

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering:
- Assist in the development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Support web application development, API integration, and database management.
- Utilize Git and other version control tools to manage code changes.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and team members on ongoing projects.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning:
- Contribute to the development and testing of AI- and ML-based applications.
- Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Explore machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing techniques, and model evaluation methods.
- Assist in preparing datasets, analyzing data, and identifying meaningful patterns.
- Experiment with AI APIs, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI tools.
- Support the integration of AI models and intelligent features into software applications.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and participate in experiments and prototype development.
- Document findings, experiments, and technical solutions clearly and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, or other relevant languages.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and software development concepts.
- Genuine interest in AI, machine learning, data science, or intelligent software applications.
- Exposure to Python libraries, APIs, databases, or Git is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with academic or personal projects related to software development, AI, ML, or data science.
- Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Basic understanding of machine learning models, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, large language models, or AI application development.
- Possession of a GitHub profile, technical portfolio, or project demonstrations is a plus.

Additional Information
- The internship requires working onsite in DHA Raya, Phase 6, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- This is an in-person position.
