Software Implementation & Coordination Executive

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Software Implementation & Coordination Executive. This role involves coordinating with clients, assisting in the implementation of software solutions, providing operational support, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the internal technical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their software implementation needs and provide timely updates.
- Assist the technical team during the software deployment process to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide ongoing operational support to clients, addressing any issues or queries related to the software.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams to resolve challenges quickly.
- Conduct occasional on-site visits to client locations for implementation, training, or support as required.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project progress, and follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any discipline; a degree in IT or Computer Science is not mandatory.
- Preferably 28 years of age or below.
- Reside within approximately 10 kilometers of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with preference given to candidates from Gulshan and Johar areas.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Basic computer knowledge with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications.
- Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude, with the flexibility to visit client sites when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates living in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Johar, or nearby areas will be preferred due to the requirement for occasional on-site client visits.

Work Arrangement
This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site presence as needed. The primary work location is Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Occasional visits to client sites will be part of the role to support software implementation and coordination efforts.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position is PKR 50,000.
