We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our software development team. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing group focused on ASP.NET MVC with Razor Pages, Web APIs, SQL Server, and front-end technologies such as jQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap. Experience with Microsoft Azure for developing and deploying solutions is essential. This role requires strong expertise in building and maintaining enterprise web applications, along with excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and guide technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design:
Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop proofs of concept for new requirements. Translate business, functional, and technical needs into architecture designs, program specifications, mockups, and screen flows. Design secure and scalable systems while identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. Analyze the impact of change requests and recommend optimal solutions.

Development & Quality Assurance:
Write, debug, and optimize code while conducting thorough code reviews to uphold coding standards. Define test cases and lead unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Maintain source code repositories, backups, and documentation related to design, testing, and user guidance.

Release, Deployment & Client Support:
Prepare releases and signed installers, overseeing deployment according to established standards. Lead system implementation, demonstrations, and user training sessions. Address client queries, incidents, and change requests, while monitoring system performance and usage.

Team Leadership & Delivery:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers by running daily scrums, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and training new resources. Prepare effort estimates and schedules, track progress, and report status through regular updates. Manage multiple projects and priorities to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:
Anticipate technical risks and balance technical debt, speed, and quality in decision-making. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies, recommending improvements to systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

Architecture & SDLC: Proven experience owning the full software development lifecycle of enterprise web applications, with strong knowledge of design patterns, API design, and secure coding practices.

Back-end Development: Expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 10, ASP.NET MVC with Razor Pages, Web APIs, and Node.js.

Front-end Development: Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and JSON, with the ability to maintain legacy user interfaces and build modern ones.

Database Management: Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server (both on-premises and Azure SQL), including database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Azure & DevOps: Experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Blob Storage, Functions, API Management, and Azure DevOps tools such as Boards, Repos, CI/CD Pipelines, and Test Plans.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team of approximately 10 engineers, with a quick aptitude for learning new business domains and technology stacks.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, capable of engaging in client-facing roles with international stakeholders.
