We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with over three years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong dedication to delivering high-quality, defect-free software. This role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing and offers the chance to work closely with development teams to ensure that software products meet stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to detect and resolve software defects.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform a variety of testing types including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Accurately document test results and report bugs with comprehensive details.
- Ensure software compliance with established quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies.
- Basic proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium and JUnit.
- Experience with bug tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and security testing is a plus.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs85,000 per month.
