We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, mid-level position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the quality, performance, and stability of our software products. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, recommend improvements, and maintain high product standards through both manual and automated testing. This role requires on-site presence and offers a competitive monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Monitor software performance and stability to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
- Recommend enhancements to improve product quality and overall user experience.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in software testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.
- Ability to analyze requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
