Software Quality Assurance Lead

The QA Lead will oversee quality assurance efforts for Wealth Management systems, focusing on driving test automation and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with development, business analysis, and product teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The position is based on-site in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities across Wealth Management applications and platforms.
- Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated UI tests using WebdriverIO with TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, track, and manage defects until resolution.
- Promote QA best practices, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Mentor QA engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in QA/testing, preferably within Wealth Management or Financial Services domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise with WebdriverIO and TypeScript for automation.
- Proficient in UI automation, API testing, regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of test planning, defect management, and QA processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
