We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester based in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our healthcare software quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting manual test cases for both mobile and web applications, with a particular focus on healthcare-specific modules and third-party integrations. This role demands a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software that aligns with business requirements and enhances user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute manual test cases based on acceptance criteria and business requirements for various healthcare modules. Validate functionality across different user roles to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Conduct regular regression testing on critical workflows and features, including provider charting, billing coding, essential use cases, and ticketed issues. Perform testing on mobile platforms such as iOS, iPadOS, and Android to verify consistent performance and usability. Log detailed and reproducible bug reports in the designated tracking system to support efficient issue resolution. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage and timely defect resolution. Maintain and organize test cases within test management tools to support ongoing QA efforts.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience in manual software testing, including testing on iPad or tablet-based applications. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test execution processes. Proven experience testing both mobile and web applications. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent documentation skills to clearly communicate test results and issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement. Familiarity with QA tools such as TestMo, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
