Tumarms Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with over two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough manual testing, defect tracking, and close collaboration with development teams. This role demands a professional who can accurately identify issues and work proactively with developers to resolve them, ensuring that all products meet high standards before release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test cases and comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality.
- Perform manual, regression, and functional testing to detect defects and maintain product stability.
- Document, track, and manage bugs using industry-standard tools to ensure clear communication and efficient resolution.
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and address issues promptly.
- Maintain a strong focus on product quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring readiness for deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
