We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our business software and internal applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for software-related issues, handle installations, configurations, upgrades, and integrations, and ensure smooth operation of databases, user access, backups, and system documentation. This role requires close coordination with software developers and external vendors to recommend and implement software improvements aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain business software and internal applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide timely technical support for application and software-related issues.
- Support software installation, configuration, upgrades, and integration processes.
- Oversee database management, including user access control, backups, and maintaining system documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with software developers and external vendors to resolve issues and enhance software functionality.
- Recommend improvements to software based on operational requirements and user feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in software or application support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in database and systems support.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data backup procedures, and access control practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical experience directly relevant to the responsibilities of this position.
- Candidates must have a minimum of five years of professional experience; fresh graduates or those with less experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience supporting enterprise or billing software is highly desirable.
- Background in the gas, energy, or utility sectors will be considered an advantage.
