SOFTWARE TEAM COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT

People Perfect is seeking a skilled professional on behalf of a leading Telecom organization to join as a Software Team Coordinator and Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and coordinating software teams, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, training, and project staffing. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities and collaborate with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software team records, including onboarding processes, probation periods, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and conduct interviews for various technical positions.
- Maintain training schedules, track employee development, and manage related documentation.
- Organize probation presentations and ensure employee records are updated accordingly.
- Monitor project staffing levels, resource allocation, and oversee project closure activities.
- Maintain monthly case records and generate reports for software teams.
- Prepare event assurance plans and coordinate with management to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the Network Security Team with their activities and maintain relevant documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
- Proven experience in software team coordination and management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, documentation management, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and support various operational needs.
