The Software Testing Operations Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves coordinating and supporting software testing activities to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes. The associate will schedule test cycles, track defects, and provide timely reports to stakeholders. Collaboration with QA engineers, product teams, and delivery managers is essential to streamline workflows, maintain documentation, and enhance testing tools and processes. Daily responsibilities include monitoring test progress, validating test environment readiness, assisting with issue escalation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining clear communication within internal teams and, when necessary, supporting client-facing updates on testing status and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support software testing activities, including scheduling and tracking test cycles.
- Monitor test progress and validate the readiness of test environments.
- Track defects and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with QA engineers, product teams, and delivery managers to optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing processes and outcomes.
