Solar Inverter and Battery Repair Tecnician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Inverter & Lithium Battery Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing solar inverters and lithium battery systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and battery management issues. The position is based on-site and involves working directly with advanced diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair solar inverters along with associated electronic components.
- Troubleshoot inverter hardware including PCBs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, relays, and other critical parts.
- Diagnose and repair lithium battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Identify battery faults such as cell imbalance, charging and discharging problems, and communication errors within the system.
- Conduct thorough testing, maintenance, and quality assurance checks following repairs.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and implement effective repair solutions to ensure system functionality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in repairing and troubleshooting solar inverters.
- Practical knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and Battery Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, DC power supplies, soldering and rework stations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in the field.
