Solar Panel Cleaner

Green Clean Solar Panel Cleaning Services is looking for a dedicated and physically fit Solar Panel Cleaner to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning solar panels at residential and commercial sites while ensuring safety, quality, and excellent customer service. This role demands efficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols, especially when working at heights. The position involves traveling to various customer locations and maintaining professional conduct throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean solar panels using appropriate professional equipment and techniques.
- Remove dust, dirt, bird droppings, mud, and other debris from panels effectively.
- Safely operate water-fed poles, pressure washers, brushes, and other cleaning tools.
- Follow safety procedures rigorously when working on rooftops and at heights.
- Inspect panels for visible dirt, damage, or issues and report findings to supervisors.
- Ensure panels are cleaned thoroughly without causing scratches or damage.
- Properly maintain and handle all cleaning tools and equipment.
- Travel to customer sites as required to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service.
- Complete all tasks efficiently, meeting company standards and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in solar panel cleaning, general cleaning, or related work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly follow safety instructions and company procedures.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with solar panel cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Prior experience working on rooftops or at heights is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar panel safety is a plus.
- Holding a valid driving license is beneficial.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000. On-the-job training is provided to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
