Solar Sales Consultant / Appointment Setter

Located in Johar Town, Lahore, this full-time, on-site position presents an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in U.S. solar sales. The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, engaging directly with U.S. homeowners interested in adopting clean energy solutions. Candidates will benefit from a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 180,000 per month, along with attractive performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with U.S. homeowners to educate them on the benefits and cost savings of solar energy solutions.
- Qualify potential customers and schedule consultations for solar installations.
- Accurately maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure ongoing engagement and maximize conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively interact with U.S. clients.
- Ability to consistently work night shifts with punctuality and reliability.
- A confident, target-oriented approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, BPO, call center, or appointment-setting roles is considered an advantage.
