We are a growing U.S. car dealership seeking a fast, responsive messaging VA to handle incoming messages on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Page, and Instagram.
You will pre-qualify buyers, answer questions using scripts, and book appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reply to incoming messages instantly (2–15 seconds response time)
Follow our pre-written scripts to qualify buyers
Identify cash buyers vs. bank-financing buyers
Set appointments using our calendar system
Tag conversations in CRM (simple)
Daily reporting (leads, hot buyers, appointments)
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English skills (written is more important than spoken)
Must be fast at typing
MUST be reliable (no disappearing, no missed messages)
Experience with customer support or chat handling
Experience with FB Marketplace messaging (preferred)
Must be able to work U.S. peak hours (evening shift Pakistan time)
