SoleMove is seeking an Inbound Sales & Lettings Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of property sales and lettings processes. The coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate records within real estate databases and using CRM tools like Zoho CRM to track sales opportunities and client communications. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally to convert leads into clients.
- Coordinate lettings activities, including appointment scheduling, property viewings, and documentation processing.
- Manage client information and sales leads using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Zoho CRM.
- Maintain and update real estate databases ensuring accuracy and current information about listings and clients.
- Assist in preparing sales and lettings documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide information, answer questions, and negotiate terms related to property sales and lettings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Use negotiation skills to facilitate agreements that meet both client expectations and company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales and lettings activities to management.
- Continuously improve customer service standards by gathering client feedback and suggesting process improvements.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes affecting property sales and lettings.
