About the Position!
We are seeking a skilled HR resource to join our Team at Lahore Office.
An ideal candidate is an expert in ZOHO CRM. You appreciate coordination and problem solving and ensure protocols are met, at the same time.
What will you do?
Job Role and Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records in Employee files both hard copies and ZOHO.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate in HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes when needed.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Properly manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate the communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Work as recruiter to source candidates and update the database.
- Able to learn quickly and willingness to continuously learn and enhance skills.
- Able to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding attributes and manage conflicts.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience in data population on Zoho.
- Well-versed with tools and techniques of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Sufficient knowledge of Zoho and recruitment tools.

Working Hours and Schedule:
- 40 plus hours per week - Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed
- Monday to Friday
