About the Position

We are looking for a Content Writer for our Lahore Office.

What will you do?

Job Role and Duties:

Content writers at Solo insight communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately; without relying on jargon.
Solo insight's Content writers are responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the users accessing company’s products.
Technical writers play a big part at Solo insight.
They are a key link between external users and the engineering team, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the Solo insight ecosystem.
As a Content writer, your role involves tasks such as generating high quality content, user help guides and articles, release notes, internal and external communication, presentations, and conceptual story boards for the application.

Responsibilities:

Produce easy-to-understand user guides, getting started guides, training manuals, online help, video scripts and other material as required.
Language review of the documentation for the engineering team.
Clearly differentiate between the documentation for technical and non-technical users.
Create, update, and review content for Solo insight knowledge base
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain deep understanding of the client work flows, requirements and application features.
Plan and schedule documentation delivery within stringent deadlines.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer or social sciences, engineering or business.
Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information.
Ability to write clearly to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with SaaS applications preferred.
O/A levels background will be preferred.
Functional knowledge of the MS Productivity Suite.
Experience in content management systems.
Understanding for Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) like “Walk Me”.

About Schedule!

Working Hours and Schedule:

40 plus hours per week - Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed
Monday to Friday
