We are currently seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, as you will be responsible for managing our clients' books, ensuring financial accuracy, and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and tax principles, excellent analytical skills, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Client Book Management: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management of client accounts, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for clients, offering insights and recommendations for financial health and growth.
Tax Preparation and Advisory: Manage all aspects of tax planning and compliance for clients, including the preparation of tax returns, and offering strategic tax advice to minimize liabilities.
Client Support and Advice: Serve as the primary financial advisor for clients, providing guidance on financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to support their business objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all financial practices and records adhere to legal standards and regulatory requirements, implementing risk management strategies where necessary.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
