We are seeking a strategic Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market efforts for our AI product portfolio, ensuring successful adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership: Design comprehensive architectures for AI solutions, IoT platforms, mobile applications, data platforms, and cloud-native systems. Develop architecture diagrams, data models, API specifications, and cloud infrastructure plans. Define security and compliance frameworks to support scalable systems. Evaluate emerging technologies aligned with R&D goals and establish architecture standards and best practices across projects.
Project Oversight & Delivery Management: Act as the technical lead and solution owner for software development initiatives. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to break down requirements, define technical scope, and determine architectural approaches. Estimate effort, guide sprint planning, and ensure compliance with code quality, security, and DevOps best practices. Oversee AI model governance and system integration strategies.
R&D & Innovation Enablement: Partner with research teams to translate innovative concepts into technical architectures. Support technical components of grant proposals and innovation projects. Prototype new ideas through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concepts. Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in product development.
System Design & Integration: Architect scalable cloud-native and microservices-based systems with API-first and event-driven designs. Define data platform architectures and integration strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance. Implement secure system integration across diverse platforms.
Security & Compliance Governance: Ensure architectural compliance with security standards such as HIPAA and NIST. Define secure authentication, authorization, and data protection models. Implement risk mitigation strategies within system designs and enforce cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
Team Management & Leadership: Manage and oversee the engineering and architecture teams’ performance. Provide technical mentorship and guidance, allocate resources effectively, and balance workloads across projects. Conduct performance reviews, support development plans, and ensure adherence to architecture standards and delivery timelines. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, government partners, universities, and internal teams. Present technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and validate solution feasibility and scalability. Provide technical guidance to engineering and product teams.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document architecture designs and technical decisions thoroughly. Prepare architecture guidelines and reusable frameworks. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain architecture standards and governance documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, or SageMaker
- Experience with IoT ecosystems and edge computing
- Strong knowledge of API and microservices architecture
- Experience with mobile applications and data platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing software development teams
- Deep understanding of scalability, security, and system integration patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare systems and compliance standards like HIPAA and FDA
- Expertise in architecting AI systems for real-time data processing or predictive analytics
- Background in R&D or innovation-driven environments
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or PMP
