Solution Architect

The company is currently seeking a Solution Architect to join its team in Lahore on a full-time, onsite basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into practical, customized solutions, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, value propositions, sales pitches, and platform demonstrations to potential clients.
- Support the Head of Sales during client presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and emerging sustainability opportunities to enhance proposals and identify new business avenues.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales support, pre-sales, solution consulting, client service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct client discovery sessions, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and develop comprehensive proposals, presentations, solution documents, and scopes of work.
- Working knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability principles, climate solutions, and green finance.
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured sales or pre-sales methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project-related activities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
