We are looking for a Solution Implementation professional to join our team, ideally someone with a solid background in business administration focused on IT or a minimum three-year technical degree in computer sciences. The candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one full ERP implementation cycle and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This role involves training users in problem-solving techniques, preparing detailed user and operating manuals, and organizing workshops or training sessions to enhance end-user understanding. A clear grasp of system applications and the ability to communicate their functions effectively is essential. The position also requires occasional travel outside Lahore to support implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ERP solutions in alignment with client requirements, ensuring smooth and effective deployment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
- Prepare comprehensive user manuals and operating guides to assist users in navigating the system.
- Plan, organize, and conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at improving user competence and problem-solving skills.
- Clearly explain system applications and functionalities to clients and end users, facilitating better understanding.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Travel outside Lahore as needed to support implementation and training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in IT, or a minimum three-year technical degree in Computer Sciences.
- Experience completing at least one full cycle of ERP implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user manuals and operating procedures.
- Ability to understand complex system applications and explain their functions clearly to diverse audiences.
