Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations
Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
Ability to work the night shift from 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM. 5 days a week.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in Truck Dispatch is must for Truck Dispatcher/ Closer and Agents.

Call Center is based in Lahore, DHA Phase1.
