Solutions Architect

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications that integrate with self-service hardware such as Kiosks, Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), Cash Recyclers, and Queue Management Systems. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, and Customer Delivery teams to define technical architecture, promote best practices, and ensure successful enterprise solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive end-to-end architecture for enterprise software and self-service platforms.
- Develop scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and build modern web applications with React.
- Define APIs, integration patterns, and manage hardware-software communication protocols.
- Integrate solutions with banking systems, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, identity platforms, and various third-party services.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements aligned with industry standards.
- Architect cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models leveraging Docker and Kubernetes.
- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and establish technical standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and preparing technical proposals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5+ years of software development experience, including 1 to 2+ years in a Solution or Technical Architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, React, TypeScript, and SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and principles of secure application design.
- Proven experience integrating software with hardware devices including Kiosks, CDMs, Cash Recyclers, Card Readers, Barcode/QR Scanners, Printers, Biometric Devices, and vendor SDKs.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, API-first architecture, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
