Solutions Architect

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications that integrate with various self-service hardware devices such as Kiosks, Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), Cash Recyclers, and Queue Management Systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, and Customer Delivery teams to define technical architecture, promote best practices, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive end-to-end architecture for enterprise software and self-service platforms.
- Develop scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and build modern web applications with React.
- Define APIs, integration patterns, and manage hardware-software communication protocols.
- Integrate solutions with banking systems, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, identity platforms, and third-party services.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements according to industry standards.
- Architect cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models leveraging Docker and Kubernetes.
- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and establish technical standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposal preparation.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a Solution or Technical Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, React, TypeScript, and SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid knowledge of security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security for designing secure applications.
- Proven experience integrating software with hardware devices such as Kiosks, CDMs, Cash Recyclers, Card Readers, Barcode/QR Scanners, Printers, Biometric Devices, and vendor SDKs.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, API-first design, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
