Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and specifying software requirements, including functional, quality, usability, and other non-functional aspects. This role involves understanding the business context, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication throughout the software development lifecycle. The candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into detailed requirements and supporting the project team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, elaborate, and specify software requirements covering functional, quality, usability, and non-functional criteria.
- Study the business environment, including structure, systems, stakeholders, and circumstances driving the software need.
- Develop comprehensive requirements specifications and related documentation.
- Facilitate impact analysis for software change requests with the project team.
- Engage with subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders to clarify and validate business requirements.
- Capture project and product vision through ongoing interactions with requirements providers.
- Coordinate with requirements providers and Project Managers to prioritize deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Software Architects, and development teams to analyze and elaborate requirements to the necessary level of detail.
- Develop external design specifications and support Architects and Team Leads in refining these documents.
- Foster a shared understanding of requirements within the project team and help resolve any conflicts.
- Act as an internal requirements provider by suggesting product enhancements that offer competitive advantages.
- Facilitate validation of requirements with Software Architects, Quality Assurance, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in process definition and continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with Quality Engineering.
- Take responsibility for information security tasks within the scope of assigned work.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Domain knowledge in Prepaid Card, Banking Services, and financial services sectors.
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and concepts.
- Experience conducting cost/benefit analyses.
- Proven track record in full-cycle Business Intelligence (BI) implementations, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Familiarity with modeling techniques and methods, including use-case diagrams, business model diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Experience with bug reporting tools such as Jira and Quality Center.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate project needs.
