Job Description
Sona Corp is a family office that has investments in Pakistan in publicly listed equities, real estate and venture capital. We also have investments outside of Pakistan in real estate and equity markets.
Our growing company needs a reliable, organized individual to serve as our Chief Financial Officer to manage the financial and operational needs of our company. The CFO will have a small team reporting to him.

The candidate must have prior experience of more than 5 years in reputable organizations and must have prior experience of managing a team.
The Candidate will be responsible to do the following daily:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (Management Reporting)
- Review daily, monthly and quarterly management reports and submit the same to the management on time
- Ensures business processes, administration and financial management are kept in check and functioning properly.
- Ensure the accounting software is up to date at all times and ready for reporting to Management.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and company goals.
- Review financial reports.
- Review financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Assist management to make financial decisions.
- Supervise the Finance & Administration Teams.
- Investigate means to improve the reporting of financial data to the management.
- Review and process payments of the company.
- Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- Preference will be given to ACCA, ICMA or any similar certified candidates.
