Key Responsibilities/Challenges
Meets & exceeds sales volume targets allocated within specific timeframe.
- Manages & monitors portfolio attrition
- To maximize the sales of bank products and meet specific sales targets for Deposits, Consumer Finance,Banc assurance, and Internet Banking.
- To generate business through local sales promotion, outdoor marketing calls to potential individual customers for mobilizing the deposits through NTBs
- To be fully conversant and up-to-date in the banking products and market knowledge.
- To coordinate sales efforts of other sales staff of branch
- Provides relevant updates to supervisors & management daily on performance.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory & legal requirements set by SBP & Soneri Bank
- Ensure confidentiality of all customer records and bank documents at all times
- Ensure completion of all KYC formalities before, during & after opening of individual & business accounts.
- Initiate, develops and establishes strong relationships with customers in order to market and promote banks products to increase revenues of the branch.
- Meet/Exceed Deposit Targets allocated within specific time frame.
- Meet/Exceed all cross-selling targets allocated within specific time frame.
- Manage smooth Relationships with Customers.
- Ensures that customer’s queries and complaints are resolved in reasonable time.
- Promote Bank’s Image by effectively selling the brand.
