Asiabolt a leading manufacturer in industrial fasteners is recruiting a Production Manager for its manufacturing facilities in Dubai, UAE, with the following responsibilities:Reporting to General Manager, to have an overall responsibility and authority of the manufacturing matters and the QMS in his department.
1 To assure product manufactured is according to
a)The specified Standardsb) Customer requirementsc) Production and Operations are carried out within required time frame.
2 To give approval to all the Work Orders received and reviewed by its Production Engineer.
3 To approve all the work orders to be executed in the production.
4 To make overall production plans, scheduling jobs to execute orders on time.
5 Verifying the Quality of the Product which is being product by its Department (i.e. conformance to quality standards.)
6 To train the workers on different machines to achieve maximum skill level.
7 To maintain the machine maintenance record.
8 To assure cleanliness and safe work environment in the factory.
9 Studying the skill level of the workers and evaluate them at least once in a year.
10 Responsible for the ISO activities within the Dept.
11 Supervising and motivating a team of engineers and supervisors
