1.      Documentation of the management staff of CVIT

2.      Maintaining and updating the list of the management staff of CVIT

3.      Liaison with all the regions

4.      Daily attendance of the crew staff

5.      Preparing monthly salary sheet of the crew staff

6.      Follow up with the regions about bio metric devices

7.      Inter departmental liaison

8.      Prepare the circulars and office orders of the CVIT staff

9.      Recruitment and hiring of the new CVIT staff

10.  Any other task assigned by the competent authority
