Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager with graphic design skills to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand presence across various social media platforms while ensuring our visual content is engaging and aligns with our brand identity.

Requirements:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Stay informed on the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Create visually compelling content for social media platforms, websites, print materials, and other media.
Design a variety of graphics including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and more, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other design elements using industry-standard software and/or by hand.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive design concepts that support the company's image and objectives.
Track social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with web design and content management.
