Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in English Breakfast and Continental cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is based in Bhurban, Murree, and requires the candidate to be available for a trial period on-site. The position offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality English Breakfast and Continental dishes consistently.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
- Manage food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine.
- Proven expertise in preparing English Breakfast and Continental dishes.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Murree before starting work.
- Willingness to work in person at the designated location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certified or professionally trained chefs will be given preference.

- Salary range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
