We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of marketing principles. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, managing our website, and generating leads through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
- Managing and updating our website to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize lead generation.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and attract new customers.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, graphic design, and website management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
