The Role: Senior Associate, Client Services

The Location: This position is available in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Work Shift: This is a night shift position. However, based on changing business requirements, you may be required to work in the morning & evening shift.

Grade: 8

The Team: Do you love working with clients? If so, this team is responsible for providing client support on legacy Capital IQ desktop product by holding investigative conversations with clients & driving product usage. This team has a presence across the globe. This team has been operating for over Four years in Islamabad and is exponentially growing.

Responsibilities:

• As a senior member of our team, you are expected to make an impact right from the beginning
• Learn the ins and outs of the Capital IQ platform, Excel and CIQ Excel Plug-in functionality, data and research
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone, email, and web chats
• Assist with training and mentoring new hires as a senior associate by demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge
• Help to improve our Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and external clients
• Display the attitude, values and practices that support the process of continuous
• Learning and development for you and your team members
• Professional development includes team building, time management and skills required to progress your and the Consultants career

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related field or strong knowledge of the global economy
• 1+ year experience in an external client facing role and hands-on experience of the workflow on Capital IQ Platform
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote Capital IQ product usage
• An interest in continuously expanding your knowledge and challenging yourself
• An ability to resolve problems, manage time, and stay organized in a fast-faced, demanding environment
• A flexible, team player who can lead by example
